Our founder, Deric Flynn, is a husband, father of 6 children, and hobby farmer. Deric has been in the Environmental Consulting Industry since 2015 and has immersed himself in the industry. Learning all facets of the business, including project management, client relations, regulations, and team development has driven Deric and his family to open Sparrow Environmental Consultants. We specialize in asbestos, lead, mold, bacteria, radon, CAM-17, RCRA-8, water quality, VOC's, SVOC's, methamphetamine, and formaldehyde. We have experience in performing site investigations in both commercial and residential properties due to water losses, fire losses, storm damage losses, wild fire losses, air quality issues, remodeling, flipping, & real estate transactions.

Why Sparrow?
Sparrow is a Biblical reference, specifically Matthew 10 and Luke 12. Matthew 10 talks about how 2 sparrows are sold for 1 copper coin and Luke 12 talks about how 5 sparrows are sold for 2 copper coins. Both passages also speak about how if the Sparrow is of this much value and God knows the very numbers of hairs on our head, then of how much more value are we.
We chose Sparrow as a reminder that we as people were created with value and are valuable to God. We are here to serve people and remind everyone that they have value and are valuable!
